About Us

We are a team of data scientists and engineers that leverage the power of ML and AI at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Our Vision

Data science, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) have the potential to transform the delivery of clinical care and improve patient outcomes. We have built a powerful real-time streaming clinical data platform that brings the power of ML and AI into the hospital. Our vision focuses on tackling the following three areas:

  • Clinical Conditions – Improve early recognition and diagnosis of clinical conditions
  • Awareness and Intervention – Improve provider awareness and timely intervention
  • Hospital Operations – Enhance hospital operations

AI allows us to gain new insights and continuously improve over time as the platform learns from our patients and clinicians. Read on below to find out more how Mount Sinai is leading the way in applying this technology to transform healthcare.
